Richard Dodson points out Herma's History.
Herma Technologies
is a direct descendant of Herma Projection Screen Technology, a company
founded in Melbourne, Australia, by Dick Marquardt, a German born,
educated and professionally trained projection specialist.
Herma has always prided itself on looking for the innovative solution –
whether that is in styling; design; mechanical operation; optical
excellence & functionality. Over the past 10 years Herma has developed a
stable of products that proudly embody this approach of thinking outside
the square – the Rondo, Flipper, Dipper, Skyhook, Galleria and Hideaway
are all examples of Herma’s unique approach to product development.
In April 2005, Herma PST founding directors and mentors to many,
Rosemary George and Dick Marquardt retired leaving long time General
Manager Carlinea Williamson and Josh Hills to take the helm of the new
Herma Technologies.
The new Herma is focussed on updating the styling and performance of
the product range; developing and sourcing products with the latest
technology and ensuring that Herma caters to all the needs of both the
consumer and corporate markets.
